Zeiss Sonnar T is a standard zoom lens for use with Contax G2 Rangefinder cameras. This 35 - 70 mm f/3.5-5.6 lens is an autofocus lens that works with film cameras only. At 290 grams, it is lightweight and easy to carry. This Zeiss camera lens is ideal for travel photos, action shots, and photo journalism. Zeiss Sonnar T has continuous focal length and a built-in view finder. This 35 - 70 mm f/3.5-5.6 lens produces natural looking subject rendition at both wide-angle 35 mm or 50 mm focal lengths and at longer 70 mm medium telephoto distances. It produces perspectives and relative distances that look natural between objects in the shot. Zeiss camera lens has an optical construction of 13 elements in eight groups to ensure better image quality. The negative size is 24 x 36 mm. The Zeiss Sonnar T focuses from 1 meter to infinity and can focus on subjects a mere 0.9-meter distance from the front of the lens.
