Wrong perfume delivered!! Took time off of work to deliver package after their mistake they didn’t even offer an apology. Instead they told me well the perfume you got is more expensive - in other words pay up the difference!! Ugh no the perfume was not my taste it smelled bad!!

Our staff inserted the wrong shipping label hence customer ended up receiving the wrong perfume, a genuine HUMAN ERROR for which we did say sorry for the inconvenience, customer was offered to keep the perfume since it was a more expensive, never asked to pay the difference, we then sent a per paid shipping label to ship it back to us. The sad part here is customer opened and used the perfume even before informing us, in spite of knowing it was the wrong one received.
