    The return and warranty was declined because the customer stated in the messaging that they failed to add oil to the compressor prior to installing on the vehicle. Due to this, the compressor locked up. That voids warranty and is stated in the listing. Customer is upset that due to their lack of knowledge and trying to be a youtube mechanic to make a repair, they did the install wrong and they're blaming us.
