Fits the middle gear front shaft of my Yamaha Kodiak 400 (1995). Not the greatest quality machining but seems like it will work. The U joint was very tight initially so I did have to file it down on the flat surfaces and that really helped. It did help fix the leak on the front of the middle gear (changed the seal too of course).
