Thought I had an issue when some of the batteries did not imediately charge. Contact with seller went well and replacements were offered. I gave more time to charge them, by request of seller, and they responded within 10 to 12 hours. So all good there. Not the best in sound quality, but speaker phone option on each handset is a good useable feature as well as the Bluetooth feature to operate with my cell phone. All in all a good purchase.Thanks.
