The hat is excellent, but unfortunately it was far too small for me due to this one hat being an American size and not listing the one I wanted in a uk size . I didn’t find customer service very caring with my problem, especially as this was the 4th or 5th hat I have purchased from them with no previous problems.

I explained to you that you had selected a different size to your other purchases and that's why it didn't fit. You normally buy XL and this time you chose to buy large. I offered an exchange and I even made a new advert for you so you could buy the XL size. Really not sure what more i could have done.
