The unit is intact, but the remote is broken. Sent seller a note about it, and they said they would look into it, and then they went dark. This was not an inexpensive transaction, and the unit was presented as working, but it will not work as delivered. There was no effort put forward to fix the problem, replace the broken remote, or adjust the price toward a non-working. I ended up needing to buy a replacement remote from someone else. I am not a happy customer.
