Sounds like you need to leave bad feed back for USPS not the place you ordered the caps from. Unfortunately we can not control what happens once we deliver to package to the post office. I did all that could be done from my end and of course credited you back in full. For anyone reading this I wish they would have said all that we did to help and not just leave the bad feedback.
