Didn't receive the item. It was never sent allegedly due to problems with the item itself. (faulty pocket ultrasound). Not happy because it was marked as on its way but in reality it never left their facility because they never really had it in their hands in first place. To me it was false advertisement of a product they didn't have and never actually could possibly certified as in good working condition as advertised. They gave me full refund only for that reason I don't rate them as negative.
