Called for replacement of missing arm but got no offer of replacement. The steering wheel nut was partially stripped but I chased it with a die and fixed it. I was able to use a steering arms off of the old box, so all worked out well. So be cautious and inspect well before shipper leaves. Overall steering box appears to be working ok.
