      SELLER WAS RUDE AND VINDICTIVE WITH ME! ‼️MAGNET GLUE WAS NOT APPLIED CORRECTLY, MAGNET WAS ON REFRIGERATOR AND FELL OFF AND CHIPPED. SELLER DID REFUND MY ORDER, BUT DIDN’T SEND ME A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE ONE THAT THEY SENT ME‼️ DON’T BUY, CHEAPLY MADE MAGNETS, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ‼️

      This is 100% not what happened. Customer contacted us stating their magnet fell apart; we then apologized for the inconvenience and offered either a replacement or a refund. They choose a refund which was promptly sent over. I reviewed our messages and none of my staff were rude to this individual. The absolute entitlement to think we'd not only refund your purchase, but also send out another. Some people just can't be satisfied.
