Seller showed item as shipped but USPS showed it as never received. After about two weeks I requested a refund since the item had still not shipped and I had to purchase it from a different source. The seller did not respond to my emails or refund request but once the refund was requested, the item magically shipped that day. It was eventually received but well after the promised date and after I had already purchased it from a different source. I will not purchase from this seller again.
