When I tracked my part it was on a BARE IN RICHMOUND, CA. What that meant was the barge would go to Southern California, then to Honolulu where it would sit until that barge was full enough to ship to hilo. That would be three additional weeks of travel. They did not answer their phone. I called from Hawaii and the initial deal was that my part would arrive no later than 5/28.
