Well i didnt recieve the remote i thought i was getting i needed the one with 3 rows and 3 columns but i got the one with 2rows and 2 columns my bed has foot and top massage with more controlled settings. I did appreciate the directions on how to set it up buut it didnt work. I was in an accident i been unable to contact anyone i been hospitalized having surgeries. I am not sure if he will still exchanged because i havent contacted them so its not their fault.THANKS!
