En el caso de las válvulas de vacío no se aceptan devoluciones si las mismas están funcionando correctamente debido a que aunque el uso haya sido pequeño conlleva un proceso de envejecimiento y de acortado de vida (antes de enviarlas las testamos). Sólo se acepta la devolución si una o varias de ellas están defectuosas.

Además, si vienen en cajas de cartón o fundas también es imprescindible que se devuelva en perfecto estado. Usted como comprador está obligado a devolvernos el pedido tal y como nosotros se lo hemos enviado para que así podamos hacerle el reembolso correctamente.
