I am leaving a neutral experience not towards the seller, but the product. As the ad states, we received a universal AC fan. While the factory replacement part number is in the ad, this fans blades have more pitch to them then the factory blade. I assume that is the reason it is noticeably louder. The main issue, the fan blade appears to be out of balance. Now the AC unit shakes when the unit is running, but no shake with the blade off the motor and running. Big bummer.
