Seller used cheaper postage rate as agreed, but when I was charged full rate at checkout, they refused refund of the difference (AU $17.00), saying they had already given me Best Offer discount on the item (AU $3.50). If I had known they were going to do that, I would have asked them to forget the AU $3.50, and give me back the AU $17.00, but they kept this for themselves. That is, until eBay stepped in, refunding me in full. Item as described, carefully packaged, but cannot recommend seller.
