Feedback is always appreciated as long as it's fair but we don't feel that this is. The item in question is a professional print, licensed image from a private signing, we have sold many, all with excellent feedback. Furthermore the buyer made no effort to get in touch to indicate that they were unhappy, we would have been more than happy to work with them towards a positive outcome. Customer satisfaction is one of our main objectives but they at least have to give us a chance. Sellers beware.
