Delivery and transaction were flawless. However I had to return this being that I ordered the large and needed the medium. I was not HAPPY that more than 50% of the skirt was deducted from the return price along with the return shipping leaving a $3.94 refund from a $21.94 purchase

Full refunds are given for items returned in new condition. You returned a used item with the tags cut, the item was snagged in several places, and also reeked of perfume, so we deducted the allowed 50% restocking fee per ebay policy. Ebay would have taken their own deduction for the return label. This is all stated before you send the item back, so you do have the option to keep it instead.
