The first stage carbon block filter arrived opened and clearly damaged, with the sediment jacket crumbling and covered in some kind of chalky film. Tried contacting Seller, no response. Had to run to a hardware store to buy a replacement. Emailed the company outside of eBay, also no response. Tried calling the number on their website, no answer. Gave 4 days. Would not buy from them again.Follow-up from: l***g- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After we submitted as a return/refund request through eBay, the Seller offered us $6 partial refund. The filter that was bad accounted for $13 of the total.
