    Thank you for your feedback and for the positive rating despite the issue. I'd like to clarify that after I shipped the item, it was forwarded within the UK and then handled by your logistics company for international delivery. It appears the damage occurred during that part of the journey. My packaging is used worldwide and rarely encounters any issues. The item was sent in good condition and packaged appropriately—short of needing a steel box! I appreciate your understanding
