Turns out the liquid CPU cooler appears to be failing, causing overheating and crashes. For $800, I expected a system that was tested and fully functional. Instead, I was told to refill the cooler myself or replace it with an air cooler — not something most buyers should have to deal with. No partial refund offered either. Disappointed. They did offer a full refund if I shipped it back, but that still leaves me w/o a PC.
