She did, but she raised the price of the item without telling me the reason. It was a gift for my grandchildren, nothing expensive, just a stuffed animal they wanted. I bought it at the new price, but it felt very rude that she didn't tell me the reason. I simply forgot to reapply the discount to the item. Had you messaged, I would have given the same discount as before. Sorry you had such a horrible experience, but it helps to ask questions as we don't always monitor every single item on the site.
