The laptop was shrink-wrapped to protect it, then it was in a large sturdy box surrounded by dense packing peanuts. The product description and photos were spot on perfect. I knew the bios would be locked, and there would be a battery inside based on the photos, but that was mentioned it may be bad, so I have a new battery on the way. So many great things to say but only 500 characters. THANK YOU!
