Have to fix it, it doesn't work, so I still have no idea what it is supposed to do. My guess is it is like the Staple "That was easy" button, but from 1970, so it has a record in it like Chatty Cathy. I found a picture of the original box and it says "Plays an actual recording of HYSTERICAL LAUGHTER when button is pressed." So, time to get it working.
