I said OK, then he failed to ship that when promised. Only when I filed a complaint did he respond - with another excuse. Bought a part which our shipping department shipped. No movement on tracking after a few days. Buyer contacted us. We offered to send them a replacement at NO COST. Had to remove it and even went out of the way to provide multiple photos. We were going to ship next day as we were waiting on stretch wrap, offered partial refund for the issue, buyer declined and left negative. No possible way to make this person happy.
