    Very poorly packed, damaged quite badly in transit, recieved very dirty and with a used bag inside, which is extremely odd. Messaged the seller, gave evidence of broken, damaged components and filth to give them a chance to rectify. I have had to clean this, aware this was a used hoover but far from what was expected. To be told my comments (with photo evidence) was "a little harsh". Very dissaponted. Will not deal again.
