I was told this product wasn’t eligible for a care plan because it was purchased in S. Korea. Additionally, I spoke with DJI and care plans for the mini 4 have been discontinued in the USA. I assume this is due to the ongoing issues with DJI and the US government. This should be noted in the item description for consumer awareness. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant purchasing experience and the drone was new in box.
