Please understand that it's tiring dealing with this error and people have a way of becoming nasty once they learn it was them who made the error. No more. Don't bother asking. Don't come to us after you open the case, we'll ignore all emails and block you. Hope you understand. This hurts us more than it hurts you.”

Solid repair, good communication. They fixed a board that didn't look damaged but knew the power components that typically failed. I got it back as promised by mail, well protected. I'll be using them for more of my appliance boards. USPS is slow, so that's not in their control. If I had needed it more quickly, could get it overnighted of course.
