Communicate with us if you need the code, we totally disagree with the cliam. Device came along with the code. install your sim card, connect to PC and enter the code. Why would we ship it with the code otherwise.

Seller sent the worse one with wrong IMEI and physical damage. Refused to admit mistake, spammed me with 30+ aggressive messages. Accepted $15 partial refund, then found SD slot broken too. Seller refused full refund, promised to send SIM tray but nothing arrived. Totally dishonest and irresponsible. We asked the buyer are you satisfied with the $25 and he said yes. Then only the refund was issued back. Then buyer started complaining about sim tray. We sent one out
