    Ad said item was new. Photos showed a clean locomotive in good condition. I did not receive anything like that. The item was clearly used because it had been painted (weathered). The wheels were filthy and covered in paint. It wasn’t even in the foam like Broadway limited would have packed it. The headlight was broken and other parts were broken as well. Very disappointing. Do not recommend this seller.
