It was suppose to be new with out tags, the wallet attached to it was worn on the edges. The one in the listing was not worn, so it was not as described (seen) in the listing. Was a fair value, but not being worn. The packaging was good. Sent the seller a message and time to make this right, never heard back from the seller. Final note: it was not the Post Offices fault it was late.
