Bit of an irregularity in the welding of the pannier rail on both but not noticeable when the bags are on. The seller originally sent me the kit with a bracket that did not have the holes drilled, but promptly sent a replacement when asked. Fast shipping to the US (about a week to the west coast). Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, they refused to cover the return shipping, even though the item has to be sent all the way back to India. It’s completely unfair to expect the customer to pay international shipping for their mistake. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no real solution. I wouldn’t order from this company again — if they mess up your order, you’re stuck dealing with it on your own.
