You have just confirmed that you are completely dishonest! How does a METAL golf club end up broken in half when I HAVE PICTURES FROM FEDEX WHEN THEY LEFT THE PACKAGE ON YOUR DOORSTEP! The package is not creased of damaged at all. I asked you to take pictures for a potential damage claim and you claimed to be "an old man that doesn't know how to work the Internet." I also said that FedEx would probably to see the item when the damage claim is opened. SHAMEFUL!
