You bought the item on May 12. It was delivered by May 15. If it was "The worst Packing you have ever seen" why did it take you until June 10th to say anything? No Message to let me make it right? Very happy to get a replacement clock - my original one still works, but the lid was broken. Was a little concerned when it arrived because the battery cover was on crooked and stuck in that position, but was able to gently work it off, and put it back on so it laid flat.
