The printer arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected. I contacted the seller, and he sent me another one of the same model! When the second printer also had the same issue, the seller simply refunded my money. Although I was pretty frustrated with the printer situation, I was very impressed and surprised by the honesty of the seller. There was no arguing, no haggling, etc. He made it right!
