I told the seller i never even bid on the item or paid for it some how my information was hacked and the seller did not really care cost me 30 dollars for a half of a busted toy car

Buyer submitted a lower offer, offer was accepted, paid for, and shipped to a person with same last name as account. Can accept a return but not refund seller shipping or return postage.
