Very decent, reasonable and understanding vendors. Lovely item as described except, unfortunately, the item arrived broken (well- packaged, but not marked 'Fragile', so I imagine it was thrown around by the courier, although sometimes this happens however it is marked) and I was unable to upload images. A refund was issued promptly, despite this problem.
