One of the motors on the two assemblies we purchased was bad. We had installed the assemblies, and found that when we replaced the new, faulty motor with the old motor the left seat worked as it should. I wrote to the seller with a photo of the faulty motor and asked for a partial refund. Their response was very confusing, asking me about the "machine" it was in. Their English was very challenging. I've written to them twice now, we'll see.
