The clock was shipped without locking the pendulum in place leading to a broken suspension spring so the clock arrived non-functional. Also, leveling feet either fell out in transit or were shipped loose and were nearly lost in the packing material. Seller should increase their awareness of shipping needs for this and other types of delicate items.

I have recently been plagued with under 5 feedback scores buying & theyre not supposed to per my settings but ebay doesnt do anything to prevent it or protect the seller. All my previous feedback reflects my true shipping methods. Its getting too difficult to sell on this platform anymore. Again, no word from the buyer, no mention of anything besides a feedback attack. I packaged the clock very well as I have all the other ones
