The problem was this: this CD had an IFPI code imprinted that could not be seen with an unarmed eye, but just by using a microscope. I actually was aware of this possibility and had the CD examined by a self-announced "expert" on these matters, who unfortunately didn't notice it. Since buyer is a trusted returning customer, I had no reason to believe he would try to get the better of me without a cause, so we discussed a possible compensation and agreed on a partial refund.
