Why the seller probably packed to the best of their abilties and accidents happen it sti sucks to spend this type of money for any product and seeing that it has recieved damage during the transportation process. I may or may not be able to fix the damage just wish it hadn't happened in the frist place

Responded very quickly, set up a custom order for me in no time, and was very amicable to chat with. There was only 1 small issue with shipment (the box arrived very damaged, but the sprue I ordered wasn't damaged), but that's outside of Convinc's control I feel. Would definitely work with him again given the need or opportunity!
