If you order from seller make sure to ask for them to pack it right instead of them trying to cheap out on packaging and messing the order up

This is the main reason why we stopped shipping large heavy doors such as this one. We only ship smaller light aluminum doors because they are very easily prone to damage, and then of course, we are at fault, not the shipping company right. Not sure why you had to leave a negative without even contacting us first? How were we supposed to know it was damaged?
