Paid for the item right away, a week later it still not shipped. I reached out to the seller. Apparently they didn't have the item anymore, but still had the listing up. They immediately refunded our money, which we appreciated. But it was frustrating that we thought we had purchased it, so let others go. I also don't think the seller would have even know that it was waiting for shipping if I hadn't contacted them. Mistakes happen, but if you are selling, manage your sales better.
