Seller Notes: “The book is in excellent condition for it's age. It has been in a heavy clear plastic cover-wrap ... “The book is in excellent condition for it's age. It has been in a heavy clear plastic cover-wrap for some time. Pages unmarked except for author's inscription and signature opposite the half title page. The inscription and signature appear to be made with a fountain pen. Pages are toning with age. Text block edges are clean. Binding is sturdy with pages firmly attached. The cover remains in very good condition, with very light wear noticed on the spine ends. Corners appear sharp. Gilt lettering vivid. There is a spot of smudging on the reverse roughly the size of a fingertip. This book has been well kept for many years. The heavy clear plastic book cover has gold fabric trim sewn on, with golden metallic corner braces. The plastic shows some wear and scuffing, and the fabric edging shows some wear as well. Some pictures where the book is in the clear plastic book cover show some bright spots -- those are reflections from lights when taking the picture, they are not flaws of the book.”
