Fender was shipped UPS and delivered. Hood was picked up by our 3rd party freight company. There were no "fake" tracking numbers provided, not sure what that is supposed to mean. Buyer claimed they never received the hood and contacted eBay. We did not receive confirmation from the freight carrier for delivery and the buyer was refunded for the hood. We responded to every message so not sure why the buyer is saying we failed to communicate
