There was some scratching on the bezel, especially in the upper left corner, that seller should have mentioned. Didn't complain about that though. Big problem was no access to Windows security settings. Machine appears to be set up for on organization's LAN, and was asking me to report the problem to the IT department. Seller denied it belonged to an organization and has a no return policy. I'm done. Going to just pay a guy to re-image Windows. Otherwise, laptop seems to work fine hardware-wise.
