I didn’t realize until it was too late that an old address was used. The seller suggested contacting the Postal Service. They were no help at all. I left a note at my old address, but the current tenants ignored it. Don’t know where the item is at this point.

I'm sorry it did not work out for you. I advised you to intercept the package via the USPS website. You do not need any help from them, you need to fill out the form and pay for the service. But I understand your disappointment, it is not reasonable to pay for the service more than you have paid for the order. I do not see where I failed as a Seller, I will request a revision for your feedback.
