The first set of salt and pepper shakers arrived and one was broken. Contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and very willing to make things right. They offered a refund to return them, a 50 percent discount if the unbroken shaker had value to me by itself, or to send a replacement (they happened to have one more). We chose to have the replacement sent. It arrived very quickly, and was wrapped exceptionally well. It arrived perfect! This seller is awesome and provides A+ service.
