The shaver that the seller sold to me had a damaged outer foil that is a health risk and is prone to drawing blood upon use. The seller's congenial service rep Megha understood and immediately sent out a mint condition shaver foil, with the same volume of Fort Knox-strength bubble wrap that used to send the shaver. It definitely seems like the seller understands the limitations of the "used/repossessed" items in their inventory, and stand behind sales in the event of issues. Kudos.
